Rafailiovici is a small fishing village situated on the 2km long Becici beach with crystal clear sea. In 1936 Becici beach received the most beautiful natural beach in Europe award in Paris. Rafailovici has a small marina for yachts and speed boats. The climate is mediterranean with 226 sunny days a year.

There are 3 airports in the vicinity of the village - Tivat (22km), Podgorica (65km) and Dubrovnik (85km). Rafailovici is connected to Budva with a 3.2km long footpath. There is also a road connecting Rafailovici with St Stefan. The St Nikola island is very near and can be reached with a taxi boat.
